Buying a Manufactured Home FAQs.
How much do manufactured homes cost?
Countryside Manufactured Homes vary in price. The cost of your manufactured or modular home is dependent on many factors including: the location of your home, the size of the home, whether you choose a modular or manufactured home, as well as your chosen features and upgrades. Each home is built to fit our customers’ specific needs.
If you’d like more details regarding cost, we encourage you to contact our sales team members in the location closest to your manufactured or modular home lot (Kamloops or Salmon Arm). We’ll provide you with a free quote so you can start dreaming up your Countryside home.
