FRANK AMBLER Owner and Operator

As the owner of Countryside Homes, Frank has always wanted to contribute to the family business. With a business degree from Okanagan College, Frank took over the family business that started in 1972. He has years of experience and expertise in all things manufactured from the building process, client communication, on-site visits and down to warranties. Frank loves his communities of Salmon Arm and Kamloops, and to ensure his client's voice is heard, he is on the board of the Manufactured Homes Association.

TRUDY REESE Office Manager

Trudy is the office manager for the Kamloops location with over 40 years in customer service and sales experience. She has over 20 years of management experience, including over 7 years with Countryside. Trudy ensures the Countryside experience is educational, informed and efficient when dealing with her customers.

BROOKE AMBLER Warranty Administrator

Brooke is the warranty administrator for Countryside’s Kamloops location. She is the first person you will see when visiting the Kamloops office and has been with Countryside for over 3 years. She is passionate about informing and educating her customers on the warranty of manufactured homes as well as find satisfaction in keeping her customers happy.


BLAKE TIDSBURY Sales Manager - Salmon Arm

Blake Tidsbury was first introduced to Countryside Homes in 2008 when he purchased his first SRI home. Having a background in sales, Blake joined our team. His honesty and integrity have proven him to be an outstanding sales professional. We are pleased to have him as a part of our team.

REBEKKA CRANDLEMIRE Office Administrator and Book keeping assistant

Rebekka has been with countryside for the past 5 years, you will see her in the Salmon Arm office doing a little bit of everything; from answering phones to assisting customers with any questions they may have. Rebekka also handles all of the Kamloops sales office books, we are lucky to have her as a part of our team.

BARB PEJSKI Salmon Arm Bookkeeper

Barb has been with Countryside for the last 5 years and is the head of our bookkeeping for the Salmon Arm office. We are pleased to have her as a part of our team.

JOHN STEPP Part Time Office Assistant

John has been with the Countryside Kamloops Branch for three years now and we are pleased to have him as a part of our team.

BRITNEY MCLEAN Office Manager - Salmon Arm

Britney studied business admin at the Okanagan College and she has her bookkeeping certificate. She has been an active manager for over 7 years and helps out with sales and warranties. Her passion is helping all of the Countryside clients find their perfect custom home that fits all their needs.

JIM CAMERON Home Design & Sales Advisor

Jim is the Kamloops location head of sales with over 30 years of professional sales experience, Jim brings passion for the manufactured process as well as finding the best custom home solutions to fit his customers needs. Jim’s vast knowledge about the manufactured product works to help solve his customers’ needs and wants.

MELISSA LIGHTLE Warranty Administrator - Salmon Arm

Melissa is Countryside’s warranty administrator as well as the office administrator. She is well versed in all things when it comes to warranty information and loves to educate Countryside’s customers so that they are well informed.

Rabekka has been with countryside for over 5 years and is a welcome smiling face to Countryside customers. She is always happy to help and assists with many different services within the Salmon Arm as well as the Kamloops locations. She is a published author and is extremely strong at customer service and administration skills.

BARB PEJSKI

Barb is Countryside’s head bookkeeper with a background in all things accounting and bookkeeping. She has been with Countryside for almost 5 years and adds a professional and experienced service to the companies accounting department.

JOHN STEPP Part Time Office Assistant

John is a special part of the team with a background in sales and management. He has been with Countryside for 5 years and is always happy to help with any general customer needs. He acts as the Kamloops office assistant and welcomes all our customers with his dedication to service.
